The Flood Community of Practice held its first seminar on March 18, 2014 at Back Track Travel in Fortitude Valley. The presenter was Dr James Davidson, an architect with an interest in housing design in flood impacted parts of the world. James is a Churchill Fellow who recently travelled to the USA, UK and the Netherlands to gain knowledge in best practice flood-resilient housing.
